S, re:<Look at the real book value (equipment has depreciated in value since 1994)> Equipment purchased in 1994 would be valued on AMD's books as worthless or almost worthless. AMD is valuing the total of all of its plants and equipment at 2 billion dollars, which is also just about exactly what the shareholder's equity is. I am sure the replacement cost is much higher than that. Petz
