I'll try this one, because I believe the rules have recently changed,
and would like to know also.

It used to be orders could be entered on equities up until 4:10pm.

Some time ago, I was told this has changed to 4:03pm. Eastern

It is also my understanding equities options open up 15 minutes after
the market..... 9:45AM Eastern.

Is this correct Michael?
