I spoke with AVRT prez Dean Suposs today. He has a meeting tomorrow with an AUD rep to discuss a nationwide rollout. Next week he is to discuss an agreement with someone else at AUD. He was a little puzzled that they would discuss the rollout before the agreement, but it does look very positive; I'd put the probability of a deal with AUD is 90% (my numbers). Hopefully we'll know within the next week or so.

I don't know that the stock would plummet if the deal doesn't go through, but I do think they're fully valued in the 9 area with current earnings and expected growth rate without AUD. But I strongly believe something positive will be worked out soon.
