In trying to assess the potential for a short squeeze with this stock, the Reg S shares raise the biggest questions. Without knowing the exact terms of the deal, its impossible to tell how much the shares were discounted, or how many shares of common stock were issued when the Reg S shares were converted.

On the other hand, dealing with Reg S shares is a fact of life when investing in OTC stocks. Most of the companies I've looked at have some history of issuing Reg S shares, and that's not always a bad thing. Handled carefully, they offer many advantages for raising money in a hurry.

As to verifying whether or not there will be a short squeeze, I don't think that's a question anyone can answer. If MMs have oversold this stock, there's no amount of DD that will reveal the number of shares sold "naked." The MMs would hold that information very close to the vest. Investing in a short squeeze takes a certain leap of faith, especially in a case like this where the number of shares in the float is imposible to assess. People who are capable of taking that leap of faith tend to be very passionate "believers," and I think that accounts for the "circle the wagons" attitude among the "yeas." I respect that. There's nothing wrong with being passionate about something you believe strongly in, so long as you don't harm others in the process.

BTW, the Boise River is still open for tubing (usually after July 1). More people than ever are hitting the river, including myself. No better way to cool down on a hot summer afternoon ....
