Pure conjecture on my part...
I will say what some are thinking...
Why would a company that owns or CONTROLS 51% or more of the stock screw themselves with a move like this?
Well I can only come up with one good reason.
They want the whole Float. They reduce the percentage of outside ownership to almost nil throught the reverse, issue the remainder to "themselves" through a front of some sort. THen they do not get screwed because it really cost them next to nothing to do it.
Just a thought and a fairly brief one at that.
