After reading both Dr. Boniuk's resignation note, and the NNVC corporate response to it - obviously there's a difference of opinion. I suspect that Dr. Boniuk's note is probably a lot more close to the mark than is the corporate response.


It's a little more serious than that, you blind sap.

Boniuk said Diwan and Wifey refused to provide key financial data to the Audit Committee regarding the Theracour charges. It is precisely those charges that the Diwans have used to compensate themselves with tens of millions of NNVC's dollars.

Diwan and Wifey responded by telling the investing public that this is false, and that Boniuk is lying to serve his own agenda.

Now, if you "suspect" Boniuk is telling the truth, then that necessarily means you suspect Diwan and Wifey
are deliberately misleading the investing public. This is the definition of securities fraud.

Fraud, that thing the company does every time it willfully misleads the investing public.

And you're still talking as if this isn't a scam to make Diwan and Wifey multimillionaires? As if something might happen other than Diwan and Wifey emptying NNVC's bank account within a few months.
. I might consider adding some shares if there were to be good news (for example - specific mention of a date when TOX is starting, or that there is enough of the test compound on hand to do all of that testing).
^ You have absolutely no grip on reality. I sincerely hope Diwan does "mention a date", and you're really that mind-numbingly stupid to buy more shares.
