Richard, Another "private Placement" today. I hate it when they tell us how much money that they raised, but neglect to state how many shares that they had to give away in order to raise that much cash. For one thing, private placements well below the market tend to act as a drag on the common stock for two reasons: 1) price per share in the private placement tends to provide a tangible value for the common shares and common share price tends to gravitate towards the per share price of the private placement, and 2) after a certain (how many??) number of months the private placement equities can be traded, thus dumping more stock onto the market at "give away" prices. I'd really rather that PRLN use the public sector if they feel the need to raise cash. Only good news is the statement that first product should reach the market in March, 1997; now that is good news. Except now I'm wondering what product that this might be? Your take on all this??
