Eric: I spoke to Michael Shepard this week. One of my questions to him was about their cash needs. I understood that they were ok presently and were NOT looking to add shares or dilute the present shareholders. When asked what if greater needs developed he added that if further cash were needed they would look to senior debt instruments. In November last year I know they were anticipating immediately some income beginning from the WCOM long distance contracts they arranged. Last Nov. I believe it was .09$ per minute flat fee charges for any companies interested. They have the same interests we do. BH
