As I recall from the Dayton meeting, in a PRELIMINARY prospectus (one of the slides Joe put up), DCI is thinking of offering PREFERRED shares. Again, and I'm sure someone will correct me, as I recall, there was a minimum investement planned (I seem to recall $10k) and the share price was to be somewhere around $33 per share (with the minimum of 999 shares equalling the 10 grand investment). These shares were planned to have a conversion option to common shares. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS WAS ALL VERY PRELIMINARY.

Joe also posted a slide showing the potential stock price (mentioned in several posts after the meeting) based on the income from the 3 announced acquisitions or alliances and that slide showed aprox 8 million shares in the float. FYI

Please note, several of the posts since yesterday have called this DCI offering an IPO. Technically, it is NOT an INITIAL Public Offering. It is just a PO. I love to pick nits!
