Giuseppe -

I understand your relief in the fact that Morgan upgraded.

I "feel" the same relief.

Now having agreed with you, a word of caution.

The only one that gets to vote on this puppy is the ODAC and
FDA. And for this reason, Morgan's concurrence with our
opionions/hopes/aspirations etc. is nice - but has no bearing
on what will happen in those meeting(s).

And please don't under-estimate or mis-perceive Dr. John's
comment about "intent to treat" vs "evaluable".

NI has made the comment - my words not his - that hey on balance
things are okay because of the large sample size.

Well - this is a misnomer to the extent that if they threw out
40% of a large sample size, that is of profound consequence.

(Note: This was *not* the meaning NI was trying to convey, but
I am embellishing this "evaluable" point so you *hear* me
because the last time I ignored evaluabe patients - I paid dearly
for my ignorance.)

Regards,

John McCarthy
