Chump said to the world he believes Putin's nyet, over his own security services. He believes Putin even though Mueller showed with the indictment of the 12 hackers that we know exactly who, how, and when these Russian military officers did the hacking. Everyone knows Putin is lying, including Chump...but he can't say it for some reason.
