We have a VN friend here that works for a VN woman that runs a hair salon. He is simply awesome. Such a kind, hardworking individual. His boss is a raving lunatic and runs the shop like a slave ship. All VN ladies working there except him. People are people. :) The boss comes from the OC so speaks English well and understands how America generally works. She keeps her mushroom employees under her thumb. For such a small town we actually have three salons owned and operated by VN Momma-sans(?) in pretty much the same way. We've tried many times to help him out but he sends 95% of his income home so he will no doubt keep working till he drops. He actually trained in NYC so the ladies swear by him.
