Vic, I personnaly have never seen one turn out well for the PUBLIC stockholders. The ones I've seen result in a new value of the shares that eventually slides back into the toilet. Usually, it takes awhile but soon the management is printing and giving themselves and others more (of the higher priced) shares, diluting your ownership once again. IMHO - There seems to be substance to this company. Value in the ground but I fear that the conditions today will prevail longer than the money they can raise via this route. I am very disheartened that instead of creating a condition that would raise the value of our shares, management has decided on this route. I don't know how to vote and will be looking here for thoughts on the matter. Not voting for the split may make it go to zero, if they are unable to finance continueing. JCB
