I do not believe they successfully hacked both sides. The damage to MISSPRE was all from the leaked emails. I do not even consider how they were accesses as professional deep dodo hacking. The other state election voting stuff amounted to so what.

The mind boggling stupidity of having a private email server is a certification of abject ignorance of information security. No one in the dementiacrats elite swamp raised a concern or asked questions. Of course that may have been the arrogant asshole narcissistic dementia that is part of being a top dementiacrat. After all what do deplorables know.

In that the FBI and Justice department have destroyed innocent Americans in the past, I do not believe they could convict a single Russian in court. And all the supposed evidence cannot be disclosed because it's secret.
