But it does matter, comrade excuse-maker. If Obama did anything at all substantial why did it still happen on HIS WATCH? Did Putin just consider him a push over pussy-pansy do nothing girlie-boy?

If there was any substantial Russian interference, Obama then was a total 100% FAILURE, with or without your flimsy ass kissing excuses.
