Pat,

I don't understand the link between e-bill and modem speed. What are you going to download besides a some ascii text? That doesn't take any time with a slow modem. When you use e-pay today it only takes a few minutes and most of the time is at the other end when the data hits the host data base.

I guess I am missing something. Illuminate me, please.
