If it is $1.50 that would mean 6.67 million shares to get to the $10 Million. That means a total of 10.67 million float and fairly hefty dilution in my mind.

Also why buy DCTC now if you wait and can get in for $1.50.

Corect me if I am wrong but this is a public offering not a private placement and is common shares. This basically means that if they set the price at $1.50 for 150% of the number of shares currently in the float our shares are pretty much worth that amount.
