What a shocker. Just a tip- they sometimes need to be required because some people can't be assholes in their personal life, but clean up their act for public use. I'm sure it's very onerous for those people to feel keenly the terrible unfairness of calling people the N word at home but not being able to do it at work. I'm sure all our hearts feel their awful pain. But at the end of the day, requiring people to have a certain level of politeness sure beats the alternative. Except for the total assholes who find it chafing- and, really, do you really want those assholes off the leash? And if you do, you might want to think about that.
