Why did Putin dump almost $100B worth of US treasuries this past couple of months? Did Putin tell Trump why the hell he sold it all? Maybe Putin knows Trump will make the US fall in some kind of crisis? Also, what would happen if the 'former' allies and China decide to unload the real giant UST holdings as a retaliation to Trump's trade war? Will the rates skyrocket and US economy suddenly freeze? Maybe this is their final resort in the war against Trump. This will overthrow Trump gov.
