I for one would love to see your number crunching stuff.. Thanks in advance for it.. Now here are the questions i am left with after reading (and digesting) todays news..First of all, i notice that when all is said and done the stock WENT DOWN! go figure this one!.. or.. perhaps others with more or (hopefully less) knowledge than us already have "figured it out"... Anyway here are the important questions i am left with.. Hardrocker, you wanted intelligent conversation, well here it is..

A) when it says that agti will get a $500,000 secured promissory note, is this in addition to or part of the $1,500,000 at feb. signing of agreement?

B) Since Agti is giving BTC exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute, market and sell agti's Max Plus and Turbo max, what about the present maxplus and turbo max machines already in installation at various places that agti has secured over the past few years.. Are these revenues still "all Agti's? (or does the agreement pertain only to the new installations from this point forward?)

c) since BTC has a competitive product to maxlite (TED) how are the two companies (who in essence are going to bed with each other at this point) going to deal with being competitive with each other on the hand held sets.. This is quite confusing to me... It would seem that every place where a fixed unit could be used..so could a hand held be used.. Think about this "competitive" situation. It could be troublesome, to say the least.

D) What are the "potential new products" alluded to in the article that have to do with the Prism patents? Anybody, know anything about this?

E) AGTI tlks about a "reduction in capital outlay to penetrate the U.S. Market", But is this reduction a positive or a negative? I mean, yes the outlay will be lower with BTC kicking in..But, will the new revenues (only 15% of gross going to Agti) justify this agreement?

ALL ANSWERS ARE APPRECIATED. I will stop being negative for a little while, while i see how all this progresses, but you can bet the farm that my mouth will open wide again, if this stuff does not pan out.

Your ever vigilant, ready to "tell it like it is" guy.. THE BIG JH..over and out!
