Gary, in addition to the points you mentioned, can you comment on the international aspects at all? From what little I have observed/heard, a Japanese company sueing a Burmuda company over sales largely conducted in the US has some serious problems establishing a case venue where anybody cares. Collection on a suit between two US companies settled in US courts is a tricky enough business. I bought some April 15 calls this morning, which is against my religion, but seems like a probability.
