YouTube has a problem with companies that illegally claim copyright infringement on peoples videos with music. This happens mostly with music used in the videos but can happen with sound effects and video clips as well. Its a process of proving you have the rights to the material, and you have a commercial license to use it. But that does not stop companies from illegally claiming copyright. If you don't fight it, they get the money from the video, not you. This is an automated process, no humans are involved.

Video CoPilot has had problems with companies illegally claiming copyright with their material. Thats where I bought the music from it cost 100 bucks for a number of music clips. This is the video below that jerks claimed copyright infringement on. Also the email I received from YouTube today to let me know the claim was released. The video is not very popular only had 500 views, but it was that point that mattered.
