Q:If a stock drops and begins to base and starts to move up and falls alittle more and repeats itself-do lower lows on stochs,rsi and mom signal that the selling pressure is dwindling.In other words,do higher lows on ta indicators in spite of lower lows in the stock price signal a basing and possible bottom and perhaps a near reversal?
