Well... Well... Well... Back... What I said was "Could it be you were lying". Accusations, I guess, but calling you a liar, no. Your the one who said the decision would be out Sept 18, or atleast by end of Sept. It didn't happen. Now you tell us the "adverse arbitration decision WILL come down and may well be delayed for the next few months". Maybe you could specify what a "few months" is? Just so my inferior intellect could keep track of your latest prophecy. It may not have been your intention to affect anyone's position, but my guess is, You Did. Paul
