Per their recent comments, in 3-6 months all of the cash will be unencumbered....available. I am primarily a patient long term investor in this one, but I am taking a shot on earnings next week. Probably a 50/50 proposition on the market reaction to the numbers themselves, but the timeframe is right for an updated capital return program. Chart looks really good also. Cooters
