Hi Dylan, a state of ketosis is one in which you want to engage in for 8 to 12 to 20..months....... only if you
are morbidly obese and then a one time extended period has shown efficacy..in having the body burn
fat... and also can help to reset the metabolic clock.

This type of diet should be conducted under the auspices of a grade A hospital with blood work being done
every 2 weeks and should also incorporate discussions of why people eat the way they do and also
there should be serious instruction as to how to completely deconstruct. the % of Proteins, Carbohydrates (
% of non soluble Carbohydrates, the % of fat and the the % of carbohydrates........

It goes away after awhile but I think you can only eat veggies and meat. It seems that would be a hard diet for me to stay on for years.

if one is a male or female with a baseline level of good health you would do the Ketosis --- diet keeping
Carbs down below 10 or 15 grams a days and significant weight loss .... which can be done for those with
significant weight to loss........ I have not seen medical hospitals, suggest that this should become a
permanent diet after the desired weight loss is attained.
