Amazon will never make money in retailing. Even Amazon employees seem to agree on that. So the question is: (1) how much do you think AWS is worth (2) as the retail platform becomes more of a self-serve SMB platform are there complementary businesses that will be high-margin?

If Amazon ever has a mediocre revenue growth year (eg 10%) it is going to be nuclear war on Wall Street.
