Debunked many times, but grubers like to repeat FAKENEWS: Over the course of that time, Page gives documents relating to the “energy business” to Podobnyy, who was actually working as an intelligence operative for Russia’s external intelligence agency. Page later tells BuzzFeed that their interactions did not include anything sensitive. On June 13, 2013, court documents show that FBI agents interview Page for the first time in relation to his Podobnyy contacts. Page tells them that he has exchanged emails and met in person with Podobnyy over the past several months, sharing his views on the current and future energy industry.
