A news release by SK seems to include a presentation by SK's CEO in the form of bullets. It describes how SK's stock increased 50% (as of 1-9-98) after the takeover process was started by management. Then it says why they don't like LLE - it is highly leveraged, with debt to equity 62.5% compared to SK's 33.5%, and PHV's offer is all cash rather than part stock. newsalert.com Charles
