RETA: high risk trial, but it apparently succeeded. Stat sig and no Ads at all. It's the latter that is unexpected to me. This link will eventually die, but I can't get to a more permanent version as Reata's newsroom is malfunctioning for me.

Since I've been short . . . ouch. Congratulations to longs and patients. I hope it holds up in the long term. As is stands, this could gain accelerated approval. It might get withdrawn if a safety signal starts showing up longer term, but that looks to be a few years down the road.
