Reata (RETA) up 17% - after recently doubling more slowly - on positive P2 data in Alport's Syndrome (a form of CKD). The surprise to me is no safety signal at all. As such, the gains could hold up for quite some time. It is possible a signal shows up, but the data seem to be supportive of accelerated approval, and so it would be a scenario in which it had been on the market, and the signal showed up. I.E. several years away.
