Here's some dialog I've had recently with FTEL. Thought I'd post it. (You really need to begin reading it from the bottom - up.)
Dear C. David: I'm sorry about the pricing, but in order for us to remain profitable to remain in business for at least another 15 years, we can't compete with company's that have just started giving away services for cheap prices that will more than likely be out of business by the end of '96. I hope you understand our position. Again, thank you for considering Franklin.
