I looked them up in Orlando market they currently have about 100 homes there..

Here is one they bought and closed on for $336k three weeks ago currently listed for $364k is very tight even with their added fee.

Is an interesting concept allowing prospective buyers to tour the house at anytime till 9pm by themselves. Am ASSUMING they do background checks, get credit card information and authorization to charge them if anything damaged or stolen and have security cameras all around the property?
