No, I think they rate it a Strong Sell because a lot of people sold it recently, and ANALs downgraded accordingly. When it (hopefully) goes up, after a lot of people buy, and ANALs upgrade, then Zacks will rate it a Strong Buy. We should all wait till then, and buy, or maybe we should sell short. Didn't someone famous say that you can make money by buying low and selling high? David P.S. Blankmind and TA--your numbers are eagerly awaited!
