S&N has been selling Dermagraft in the U.K., Canada and parts of Europe. I suggest that the feedback from their clients has generated that "great faith" regarding the FDA. This also works out well for TC since it is such a small market (1250 estimated patients with III degree burns over 80% of their body in the U.S.). S&N is in 60 countries so the market is suddenly larger. I would anticipate a gap opening...how big is anyone's guess.
