ElM having a couple of children doesn't stop the population reduction. You would need to get to 4 to offset just one childless bloke. To claim to be reversing the process you need to aim for 10 children ... and hope than 1 in 4 men do the same. What's needed now is continued eugenics on the vast scale that is now in action as women reject Incels by the hundred million. 7 billion people are being winnowed so the chaff is removed from the gene pool. That process is now being enhanced with genetic selection and zygote implantation. Add to that the possibility of gene clipping and splicing. Then there will be amazing quality improvements. Mqurice
