I wonder what there is to talk about. Presumably China doesn't want to lose face in this trade dispute so while it could be additional remedies and concessions, it's more likely to be additional tech transfers and some kind of forced IoT JV in china once the deal is done: China gets to keep flagrantly stealing IP, flying in the face of Trump's demands in return for Qualcomm buying NXP.
