Sorry, don't understand that logic. Chinese are no longer in a position to ask for more concessions from QCOM or US. It's the other way around . . . & they know it. Chinese have to offer concessions to QCOM & NXP in order to dissuade them from killing the deal . . . & that might not even work as it's clear it's time to "fish or cut bait." The long game is not being played right now. Short game is being played. A game Chinese are not used to playing. JMO.
