I don't think I am a bigot or you for that matter. The connotation of a bigot implies having no good reason to be one sided e.g. being a racist or sexist or homophobic. I think it is OK to be one sided if they are fighting racist e.g. . Not being a racist is a valid superior opinion to one who is, IMO :)>..
Would you consider people who fought the Nazi's bigots? Or the racists, sexists or dictators? Of course not.
And this is where Wharf gets it wrong. When one fights against racism, sexism or dictators as we are doing today, they are NOT bigots.
I have been closely following ,and been deeply involved, in politics for over 50 years and I have seen the destruction the Republicans and conservatives have wrought on this country. The misery they have caused people, and especially the poor and downtrodden.
All I am doing is trying to do is sound the alarm, and fight against that destruction.
People who don't get it is how we got to where we are today.
