Let's hope the offering is the preferred shares. I remembered them as soon as I finished writing my note and turned my computer off. I'd rather pay the 8-10% interest on the preferred shares than split the FNET IPO money with new common share holders.

We need some clarification from Joe Murphy on which type of shares will be in this new offering.

Anyway, the question is will we get rich, or just wealthy.
