I now have the prized possession of both the Vogel and Grubman reports.
Can confirm the price targets of 100 and 71 respectively. Never doubted
anyone but nice to see report with your own eyes! An excerpt from the
Grubman report that I found very interesting:
"WinStar has 3 or more 100 mhz channels in 66 major markets versus
Teligent which has 29 markets with 3 or more 80 mhz channels."

Another: "Thus, while Teligent can have a greater geographical reach at the
24 Ghz level WinStar, with much more capacity, in a more urban environment
can address more buildings given capacity reuse."

Tgnt still has a much higher market cap than WCII. In my view,
If tgnt-bs is fairly valued, then WinStar should be at about 150.
If WCII is fairly valued, tgnt should be at about 5.(or less)

No promises, but anyone with a fax machine e-mail me and I
will try to send you a copy. Please, long termers only.
