Microsoft has released a new patch for systems running the Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803), Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709), and Windows 10 Creators Update (version 1703). KB4340917 for Windows 10 April 2018 Update If you're on Windows 10 April 2018 Update, you'll get KB4340917 that bumps the OS build to 17134.191 and it comes with a long list of bug fixes that are primarily aimed at enterprises.
