I really like your SPXL/SPXU strategy, I do that myself on occasion, I balance the dollar value on both sides and let the market do its thing... it's a very easy and worry free strategy...

At major inflection points, I hold an equal dollar amount on both sides... and then no matter which way the market moves, one side will quickly outperforms the other side and money can be made no matter which way the market move... not a lot of money, but easy and better than collecting dust...
