The Rushford Report is not some trash promo mag!!! It's an American periodical on trade and finance, and yes, it is well respected. I confirm from my sources a similiar story. Don't look for confirmation from the market. This stock is so beat up by mutuals everyone is staying away. That's why i like it. Actually, the settlement is worth about .62/share minus legal fees.
