Right and wrong...if the price is $1 then 30,000,000 shares convert at $1 and if it later moves up they have 30,000,000 shares at say 3=90,000,000. If the price is 5 and 7,000,0000 shares convert they have 35,000,000. Also, it depends on how many shares they are short and want to use to cover shorts with.
