[esp] given SoftQuad is known as the web authoring co, and given sq.com and webfiler.com are considerably 'out of date' viz a viz "...we would like to see you/visit us at our booth at Fall Internet World, December 8-12..." it would be safe to assume, something is up?, the company is laying [unusually] low?, appearance of nothing happening contemporaneous with Special Shareholder Meeting in re: Employee Stock Option Pricing/Issuance?...Company also has not responded to recent substantive inquiries...conflicting signals...inconsistencies...???
