Don't know much about the Rushford report. But it does seem that a resolution will be reached soon which should be beneficial to both parties involved. The Kazak government wants to show the investment community that it can do business and to encourage more investment in their country they will settle with WWS. Their options would be to pay WWS back the money that has been invested plus interest etc. or they could reinstate the agreement and issue the export permits. Either solution will be great news for WWS shareholders IMHO.

Regards,

RAK
