Steakhouse posted: Message 31718542 My take on the Warrant Extension is that insiders believe the stock price will be much higher than it is now next year.

Serious investors know that the real reason for extending the expiry dates is that large (NON-INSIDER) investors (ie-the Ross family) will absolutely refuse to invest in current or future PPs if their warrants from previous PPs have expired out of the money.

Insiders can just issue themselves options at any time and for any reason to take advantage of an anticipated price increase.

Insiders HOPE "the stock price will be much higher than it is now next year" - the same as they did 24 months ago when they extended these SAME WARRANTS.

It is in ZEN's best interest to have gullible shareholders BELIEVE that ZEN insiders anticipate higher share prices "next year".
