On the other hand, when one of your members uses SI's PM system in a secret campaign to encourage a hundred or more other members to ignore another one of your members, any responsible individual learning about it has a responsibility to report it to the rest of us. It's good there's no SI rule against it, and I applaud Don for doing so.
