I believe the exercise price of $0.50 that you referred to is the 400,000 OPTIONS (not warrants) that Choo-Choo awarded to himself on July 3rd (and revealed in the July 5 NR).
No, they are warrants, not options. But upon further examination, I noticed something.
SEDI only maintains one subtotal for warrants, even if the insider owns multiple classes of warrants having different exercise prices.
Whereas for options, SEDI splits out the totals by exercise price.
